Ashlee earned a bachelor’s degree in health service administration from Slippery Rock University and a master’s in professional leadership with a focus in nonprofit management from Carlow University. A passionate advocate for community building and social impact, Ashlee serves as a community board member for the Staunton Farm Foundation, a patient and family advisory committee member for UPMC, a young leadership advisory council member for Adagio Health, and she is a 2024 alumni of the FBI Citizen’s Academy. She firmly believes that professional success and community impact are mutually inclusive.
