The Jewish Healthcare Foundation's Fellowship Alumni Spotlight series showcases some of the many incredible alumni of the Feinstein Fellowships.

Joelle Smith is a dedicated healthcare professional from Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in health policy and administration from the Pennsylvania State University. She has five years of experience in population health management and currently serves as a patient engagement coordinator at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital. In this role, she focuses on addressing gaps in patient care through strategic population health initiatives aimed at improving overall health outcomes, increasing access to quality care, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Passionate about healthcare improvement and patient advocacy, Joelle was a 2022 Salk Health Activist fellow and plans to pursue her Master of Health Administration this fall at Robert Morris University.
