Salk Health Activist Fellowship

Applications Closed
The Salk Health Activist Fellowship helps emerging health activists learn how to grab the public’s attention on a major health and social issue and spur action. During the program, fellows are exposed to skills around casemaking, advocacy, and network building in order to develop appealing platforms and build public will.
The Salk Fellowship takes place in the fall each year.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Graduate students or early-stage professionals in a health-related profession (e.g. medicine, health policy, healthcare administration, nursing, pharmacy, social work, occupational therapy, ethics, health informatics/tech, nutrition) that are passionate about social change.
The cost to participate in the Salk Health Activist Fellowship program is fully covered for accepted applicants.
Applications will open in summer 2026 for the next Salk Health Activist Fellowship.
